嘉兴巨盈金属制品有限公司于2016年在嘉兴成立，本公司专业生产各类冷锻毛胚、汽车配件、五金非标件、金属制品制造和加工的企业。公司拥有卧式多功位冷镦零件成型机、立式成型机等先进设备。目前主要生产汽车及机械用锻造毛胚及以及各类精密锻造件的加工。

 

    为提高产品质量及拓展服务领域，经公司团的努力，于2020年1月,取得IATF16949认证。虽有幸得到认证，但只是提高产品质量的开始，我们将致力于将16949精神，更完整地融入到我们的实际作业中，以提供高稳定性及高质量的产品给客户。

 

    Jiaxing Juying Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Jiaxing. The company specializes in manufacturing and processing all kinds of cold forging raw embryo, auto parts, non-standard hardware parts and metal products. The company has horizontal multi - position cold heading parts forming machine, vertical forming machine and other advanced equipment.

 

    At present, the main production is automobile and machinery for the forging of raw embryos and various precision forging parts processing.

 

    In order to improve product quality and expand service field, through the efforts of the company group, in January 2020, IATF16949 certification was obtained.

 

    Although we are fortunate to be certified, it is only the beginning of improving the quality of our products. We are committed to integrating the 16949 spirit into our practical operations more completely, in order to provide customers with high stability and high quality products.
