承接：中碳、高碳钢和合金钢的光亮淬火；低碳钢的碳氮共渗、渗碳淬火；马氏体不锈钢光亮淬火和奥氏体不锈钢光亮固溶处理；各种薄型和形状复杂的弹簧零件热处理。

Jiashan Longyan Heat Treatment Factory was established in December, 2005, located in Jiashan Yangmiao Industrial Park adjacent to Shanghai and Suzhou, close to Jiaxing.  Jiashan Longyan Heat Treatment Factory has complete equipment, reliable quality, orderly management and strong technical force. At present, the factory has modern heat treatment equipment mesh belt furnace. Close to the main customer positioning to support the product and local customer demand, and become part of the customer manufacturing business, so that the customer can gain profits without worrying at all.

Our factory is equipped with four continuous heat treatment production lines and other heating equipment. Testing equipment is complete, equipped with Rockwell hardness tester, surface Rockwell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, torsion tester and metallographic testing equipment. The factory has complete process and quality inspection personnel, customers spread all over Yangtze River Delta. Its quality and production capacity have good reputation and certain influence in the Yangtze River Delta.

Undertake: bright quenching of medium carbon, carbonitriding, carburizing and quenching of low carbon steel, bright quenching of martensitic stainless steel, bright solution treatment of austenitic stainless steel, heat treatment of various thin and complex spring parts.
